Order Privacy: All orders must be placed by the card-holder or with the card-holder’s permission or by the name signed to the money order or cashiers’ check. All orders placed are done in the strictest of confidence; status and other information is not available to anyone other than that of the name(s) on the order.

Payment: All payments must be made in United States funds. We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Money orders and cashiers checks are also acceptable payment alternatives. Personal checks are welcome, when issued by a U.S. bank. Personal checks require a 7-day grace period for clearance, prior to shipment on in-stock items. Sorry – no wire-transfers permitted.

Credit Privacy: All credit information provided to us by our clientele is considered highly confidential and is thus protected. In accord with the processing stipulations set by credit card companies, we must ship only to the address to which the card’s statement is routinely mailed.

Packaging Privacy: All of the goods shipped by White Trash Warehouse are shipped in plain brown boxes or in pre-printed Federal Express/UPS/USPS packaging. White Trash Warehouse, its return address, and the name and address to which the package is being shipped are all that mark the label.

On-line Listings:  White Trash Warehouse reserves the right to make changes in our prices and our selection of merchandise without prior notice. Should an item in a current order become discontinued, the customer will be notified with options to reorder.

Good-Faith Deposit: A good-faith deposit of 75% is required to purchase any special-order item or custom order item. Upon shipment of goods, the remaining 25%, applicable sales taxes (for shipment within LA), and shipping and handling fees will be charged. If 30 days of an order pass without shipment, an order may be refunded upon the customer’s request. At that time, the customer may choose (1) to continue with the order once credit has been issued – upon shipment, the order will then be recharged for the full 100%, applicable sales taxes, and shipping and handling – or (2) the customer may choose to cancel at the time of the refund.

Custom Order Items: Custom orders are those made particular, in accordance with a prior agreement made between Custom orders may be placed for certain items, for a previously-unspecified, additional charge. These items require 75% good-faith deposit, refundable on customer request after 30 days without shipment of merchandise. Custom orders may only be placed via e-mail or telephone, not through our on-line order form. White Trash Warehouse reserves the right to refuse returns on any custom-made merchandise, because of the specific uniqueness of the item(s). Custom orders may be exchanged, if they are found to be functionally defective.

Special-Order Items: These are items which are consistently advertised on a regular basis, but that we do not keep continually in stock. Confirmation of your order will state the nature of your item: in-stock, special-order, or custom order. Most orders for special-order items are completed within 30 days. Special-order items require a 75% good-faith deposit, the terms of which and the refund policy are completely clarified above.

Order Status: Customers are welcomed to  reach us by using our Customer Inquiry Form for order status, as well. Customers have the right to request notification of shipment which is given either by  E-mail within the 24 hours following the parcel’s departure from White Trash Warehouse.

Returns: All returns must be preceded with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), which may be obtained by e-mail. Any item returned without an RMA will not be considered for return and reshipped back to the return address. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Returns are not accepted if damaged in transit or if delivered postage due. To be considered acceptable for return, merchandise must be in unused and unworn condition and returned to us within 30 days of customer receipt; that which is shipped to us with noticeable wear will be refused. Custom orders may be exchanged, if they are found to be defective. Upon acceptance of an unworn return, the customer may choose to receive (1) a refund, (2) another style number/item, or (3) the next size-choice of the like item. Shipping and handling charges are invariably nonrefundable, unless the return is due to an error on the part of White Trash Warehouse or one of our suppliers. Please note that returns for refunds or for item substitution are charged a 10% re-stocking fee.

Express Shipping and Handling: In the United States, we will express ship only when the customer has given us permission to use her/his account on which to bill the shipping and handling. Customers exercising this option will not be billed for regular shipping. Box fees may also apply, depending on the nature of the order being shipped express and the required packaging involved.

Store Credit: Store credit may be purchased in the form of gift certificates for presentation.

Agreement to Terms and Conditions: The above was written in accordance with the laws of the state of Louisiana and federal laws pertaining to the nature of the business of White Trash Warehouse. By placing an order, one agrees to the aforementioned terms and conditions. White Trash Warehouse respectfully reserves the right to update and effectively alter portions of the terms and conditions periodically. We reserve the right to refuse goods and/or services for any reason to any party at any time.
